• Garde (Laying down)

• Gouleyant (Easy to drink)

• Gras (Fat)

• Grillé (Toasted)

This is a subtlety particular to some aromatic notes: the "toasted bread" characteristic can be found in some red growths aged in oak barrels. The "toasted almond" trait is one of the select aromas of great white wines when they start their reducing period in bottles. See Empyreumatic.

• Guyot double (Double Guyot)

• Guyot simple (Simple Guyot)
